Our LUSO staff team had a professional development day yesterday! 

We spent time learning about being an effective team, building trust, finding common ground, healthy team communication and becoming an inclusive team. 

These discussions and activities allowed us to learn more about one another, and developing individually and as a team to be able to continue better our workplace.

You can tell we clearly had an awesome time!
